Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Spiritual dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kreativitas Karyawan Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Pada Pondok Pesantren Islam Al Mukmin Sukoharjo)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of spiritual leadership
and organizational commitment on employee performance through employee
creativity as a mediating variable for employees at the Al Mukmin Sukoharjo
Islamic Boarding School.
This research uses quantitative research methods. In this study, the sample
used was 140 respondents who were employees at the Al-Mukmin Sukoharjo
Islamic Boarding School. The data used is primary data using data collection
techniques in the form of questionnaires and using Smartpls version 4.0 software
tools in analyzing research data.
The research results show that 1) Spiritual leadership has no significant
effect on employee creativity, 2) Organizational commitment has a positive and
significant effect on employee creativity, 3) Spiritual leadership has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, 4) Organizational commitment has no
effect on employee performance, 5) Employee creativity has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, 6) Spiritual leadership has no
significant effect on employee performance through employee creativity, 7)
Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance through the mediation of employee creativity.
