PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN DAN MOTIVASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PUSKESMAS SIDOHARJO SRAGEN
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership,
employee empowerment, public service motivation on employee performance. The sample
used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques as many as 69
respondents of Sidoharjo Sragen Health Center employees. This study used quantitative
research methods using questionnaires as data collection materials which were analyzed
with the help of IBM SPSS Software Version 25. Data analysis uses multiple regression
tests using the T test as a hypothesis test and path analysis.
The results of this study show that transformational leadership has a direct and
significant influence on public service motivation with a calculated value of 1.244 with a
significance value of 0.002< 0.05, direct and significant employee empowerment on public
service motivation with a calculated t value of 3.373 with a significance value of 0.01 <
0.05, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a
calculated t value of 0, 622 with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05 employee
empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a
calculated t value of 0.243 with a sinificance value of 0.003, 0.05, public service motivation
has an effect on employee performance 0.814 with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05,
transformational leadership is not proven against Employee performance through public
service motivation with a value of 0.210 > 0.030, and employee empowerment has no
effect on employee performance through public service motivation with a value of 0.554
> 0.079.
The findings of this study prove that employee performance that occurs in service to
the community can reduce performance in performance, because of the tasks they perform.
Any conditions experienced will certainly be accounted for because it is their duty to
provide services. Employees and leaders are expected to manage their time and attention.
So as to solve service problems so as not to reduce its performance.
