PENGARUH NILAI PELANGGAN, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEDEKATAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN BEE ADVERTISE STORE
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine that customer value, service quality and
emotional closeness can affect customer loyalty. This study used a questionnaire
as data collection material, which was analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS
version 25 software. The population in this study were Bee Advertise Store
customers who had purchased more than one product. The sampling technique
was carried out using accidental sampling with a total sample of 109 people.
Data analysis techniques used research instrument tests, classical assumption
tests, model accuracy tests, multiple regression analysis tests, and t tests.
The results of this study indicate that customer value, service quality and
emotional closeness have a significant effect on customer loyalty.
