PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK DAN EKSTRINSIK PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN: KREATIVITAS KARYAWAN SEBAGAI MEDIATOR
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Intrinsic
Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance by mediating
Employee creativity. The sample used was non-probability sampling with
purposive sampling techniques as many as 70 respondents of Sidoharjo Sragen
Health Center employees. This study used quantitative research methods using
questionnaires as data collection materials which were analyzed with the help of
IBM SPSS Software Version 20.
The results of this study prove that the influence of Intrinsic Motivation
and Extrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee
Performance, Employee Creativity has a positive and significant effect on
Employee Performance, and Employee Creativity mediates the relationship
between Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Employee Performance.
