ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline, motivation
and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a
moderating variable in employees of Lokananta Records Perum Perprintan
Negara R.I. Surakarta Branch. This research data uses primary data and secondary
data obtained through interviews, observation questionnaires and a combination of
the three on employees of Lokananta Records Perum R.I Surakarta Branch. The
sampling technique was carried out using Non-Probability which resulted in a
sample of 40 employees. The analytical tool used in this research is the multiple
linear regression test using SPSS version 26. iiii
The research results from this regression test show that the work discipline
and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect, while the
motivation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee
performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction can moderate the relationship between
work discipline and work environment with employee performance, but work
decisions cannot moderate the relationship between motivation and employee
performance at the Lokananta Records State Printing Company of the Republic of
Indonesia, Surakarta Branch. aaa
