Analisis Penerapan Manajemen Pada Bank Sampah di Kartasura

ABSTRACT

Waste is one of the environmental problems that has not yet been resolved. One
method of waste management is community-based waste management, namely
through the establishment of waste banks. This research aims to determine the
management implementation system in waste management at waste banks. The
research method used is descriptive qualitative. The population in this research is
the waste bank in Kartasura. Using a sample of waste bank owners and initiators
of them. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interviews and
documentation. The analytical methods used are source triangulation and
technique triangulation.the results of this research show that the implementation of
the management system has been carried out but its implementation is still not
implemented perfectly, there is an increase in meeting needs, increasing income, as
weel as increasing community independence.
