ABSTRACT

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price, on time delivery
and service quality on customer satisfaction with the J&T Express delivery service
at the Tanon Branch, Sragen Regency. The population in this study were people in
Tanon District. The sampling technique uses a probability sampling method with
random probability sampling techniques and distributing questionnaires via
Google Form. The sample in this study was 100 respondents
The independent variables in this research are Price (X1), Timely Delivery
(X2) and Service Quality (X3). The dependent variable in this research is Customer
Satisfaction (Y). The research method used is a quantitative method and the data
analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, for
data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software.
The results of this research show that price has a positive and significant
influence on customer satisfaction where the results of the partial test show that Ho
is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then on time delivery has a positive and significant
influence on customer satisfaction where partial test results show that Ho is
rejected and Ha is accepted, and service quality has a positive and significant
influence on customer satisfaction where partial test results show that Ho is
rejected and Ha is accepted. Companies need to improve the quality of service
related to company employees in serving customers and improve the quality of
goods delivery so that there are no delays.
