PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN
The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of work environment, motivation and work stress on employee productivity. The research was conducted at PT Rumpun Sari Kemuning, Ngargoyos, Karanganyar. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. With the data sourch used, namely primary data whose data is obtained from questionnaires and secondary data derived from company reports and document. The research sample amounted tp163 respondents with sample collection technique using probability sampling with random sampling methods and research data collection technique using a likert scale. Research data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS 23 software on each statistical technique such as using validity test, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, model accurary tests in the form of adjusted R Square tests and F tests, and finally hypothesis testing in the form of t tests.
The result showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees with a value og 6.047 > 1.974. motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a value of 5.990 >1.974 and work stress also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a value of 5.579>1.974. the determination coefficient test obtained 52% result which can be explained by the work environment, motivation and work stress. While the remaining 48% can be influenced by other variables outside this study.
