Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan (Studi pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dan Perdagangan Sukoharjo)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was how to determine the influence style
leadership transformational, cultural organization and satisfaction Work to loyalty
employee on employee. Type research used in study This is quantitative with method
survey through questionnaire. With data sources used namely the primary data
obtained through questionnaire data and derived secondary data from reports and
official data documents. Retrieval technique sample using total sampling with
amount sample as many as 85 people. Whereas analysis performed use statistics
multiple linear regression and processing research data done with help SPSS 25
software. Then done analysis with data using validity tests, reliability tests,
classical assumption tests, model accuracy tests in the form of Adjusted R Square
test and F test, regression test and finally testing hypothesis using the t test.
With results study showing that: (1) style leadership transformational
influential in a way positive and significant to loyalty employees. (2) culture
organization influential in a way positive and significant to loyalty employees. (3)
satisfaction Work influential in a way positive and significant to loyalty employees.
(4) variable style leadership transformational, cultural organization and
satisfaction Work own influence positive and significant to loyalty employees.
