PENGARUH PENGALAMAN BELANJA ONLINE, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEAMANAN PRIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PRODUK KOSMETIK SOMETHINC

ABSTRACT

This research aims to find out that the variables of online shopping
experience, service quality and privacy security can influence consumer
satisfaction. This research uses a questionnaire as data collection material, which
is processed with the help of IBM SPSS version 23 software. The data used is
primary data. The population in this study were somethinc cosmetic users domiciled
in Karanganyar Regency. The sample in this research is somethinc consumers. The
number of respondents used in this research was 102. Data analysis techniques
used research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model accuracy tests,
descriptive statistical tests, multiple regression analysis tests, and t tests. The
results and conclusions of this research show that (1) From the results of the
significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 and the t_count value of 6,023 > t_table 1,661,
it can be concluded that the online shopping experience has a positive and
significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is
known from online shopping experiences that show that consumer satisfaction
comes from the quality of service received by consumers. Consumer perceptions
themselves can be formed from the experience gained and based on the consumer's
achievement of standards. So it can be concluded that the satisfaction with shopping
obtained by consumers can raise the standard of expectations that exist in these
consumers. (2) From the results of the significance value of 0,018 < 0,05 and the
t_count value of 2,409 > t_table 1,661, it can be concluded that service quality has
a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (3) From the results of
the significance value of 0,041 < 0,05 and the t_count value of 2,068 > t_table
1,661, it can be concluded that privacy security has a significant positive effect on
consumer satisfaction. Among the three variables that the author took above, the
online shopping experience variable is the variable that has the most significant
influence on the people of Karanganyar Regency, by looking at the significance
value and t_count value.
