PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DI CV. BULE-BULE GARMENT KOTA SURAKARTA
ABSTRACT
This study discusses the effect of organizational commitment and
transformational leadership on turnover intention. Respondents in this study were
65 employees of CV. Bule-Bule Garment. The purpose of this study was to
determine the effect of organizational commitment and transformational
leadership on turnover intention. This study used quantitative methods with
sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques with saturated
sampling methods. Distribution of questionnaires via g-form to employees of CV.
Caucasians and Caucasians Garment in Surakarta City, data were processed
using SPSS software version 23. Data analysis methods used in this study
included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, model accuracy testing,
hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis.
The results of the study show that: (1) organizational commitment has a
significant effect on turnover intention. (2) transformational leadership has no
significant effect on turnover intention.
