Pengaruh Kepercayaan Konsumen, Kemudahan Penggunaan, dan Keamanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online Tokopedia di Surakarta
ABSTRAK
This research aims to determine the influence of consumer trust, ease of use and
security variables on Tokopedia online purchasing decisions in Surakarta. This
case study was carried out on residents who live in the Surakarta City area aged
17-50 years. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and
getting 130 respondents.
This research uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to
respondents as material for collecting data. Collecting research data by
distributing questionnaires with this sampling technique uses probability sampling
techniques and is carried out using the simple random sampling method. The data
analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis,
T test, F test, and coefficient of determination which will be analyzed using SPSS
software.
The results of this research are: 1) consumer trust variables have a significant
effect on purchasing decisions. 2) the ease of use variable has a significant effect
on purchasing decisions. 3) security variables have a significant effect on
purchasing decisions.
The findings from this research that have the most influence on purchasing
decisions from the 3 independent variables are Consumer Trust. The conclusion of
this research is that the higher the consumer's sense of trust, the purchasing
decisions will increase, the easier it is to use the Tokopedia application, the
purchasing decisions will increase and if the security possessed by Tokopedia is
more sophisticated and guaranteed, purchasing decisions will also increase.
