PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi pada Brownies Cinta)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job training on
employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Brownies
Cinta. This study applies an associative quantitative research method with a
sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The data source used in this study
was primary data with the help of the SPSS software data analysis tool version 21.0.
The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire and the sample in this
study was 77 respondents. The results of this study indicate that job training has a
positive and significant effect on the performance of Brownies Cinta employees, job
training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Brownies Cinta
employees, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance
of Brownies Cinta employees, and job training has a positive and significant effect
on Brownies Cinta's employee performance through the mediation of job
satisfaction.
