ABSTRACT
The formulation of the problem and the purpose of the study is to see how the
influence of service quality, customer relationship management, and brand image on
consumer decisions in using JNE Express Surakarta City services partially and
simultaneously. This study is a quantitative study, using primary data through the
distribution of questionnaires to 102 respondents using the Accidental sampling.
method. The data analysis used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis with
SPSS 2023 analysis tool.
The results showed that service quality, customer relationship management, and
brand image had a significant and positive effect on the decision to use JNE Express
Surakarta City services.
