PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, SPIRITUALITAS DI TEMPAT KERJA, DAN KOMPENSASI MONETER TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI KANTOR PDAM KOTA SURAKARTA
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of
the work environment, spirituality in the workplace, and monetary compensation
on employee performance at the PDAM office in Surakarta City. This type of
research is quantitative using primary data as a data source. The population in
this study were employees in the PDAM Surakarta City office and did not include
employees in the field. The sampling technique in this research was
nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling of 57 respondents. However,
50 enthusiastic employees filled out the questionnaire at the PDAM Surakarta
City Office. Data collection used a physically distributed questionnaire method
which was explained with the help of IBM SPSSS Version 23 software. The results
of this research prove that the Work Environment (X1) with the Sig. amounting to
0.422 > 0.05, which means it has no positive and significant effect on employee
performance. The variable Spirituality in the Workplace (X2) results in a Sig
value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05, which means it has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance. Monetary Compensation Variable (X3) with the
resulting Sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05, which means it has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. From the F test it can be concluded
that simultaneously the variables Work Environment, Spirituality in the
Workplace, and Monetary Compensation have a positive and significant effect on
Employee Performance. From these results, it is hoped that the company will
maintain the quality of the Work Environment, Spirituality in the Workplace, and
Monetary Compensation so that employee performance can increase.
