Pengaruh Work Life Balance Dalam Perspektif Islam Terhadap Intention to Remain Pada Generasi Milenial : Mediasi Psychological Well-Being
ABSTRAK
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work Life Balance
in an Islamic Perspective on Intention To Remain in the Mediated Millennial
Generation: Psychological Well-Being. The sample used is non probability
sampling with purposive sampling technique as many as 101 respondents of
Millennial Employees of PT Pos Indonesia KCU Surakarta. This study uses
quantitative research methods using a questionnaire as data collection material
which is analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS Software Version 26. Data analysis
using multiple linear regression using t statistical testing as a hypothesis test and
sobel test as a mediation test.
The results of this study prove that Work Life Balance in an Islamic
Perspective has a positive and significant effect on Intention To Remain, Work
Life Balance in an Islamic Perspective has a positive and significant effect on
Psychological Well-Being, and Psychological Well-Being mediates the
relationship between Work Life Balance and Intention To Remain.
The findings of this study provide a conceptual framework regarding the
factors that influence Intention To Remain. Intention To Remain can be improved
by Work Life Balance and Psychological Well-Being. Therefore, it can be
concluded that the higher the work life balance, the higher the psychological well-
being. If psychological well-being in millennial employees is high, it will also
increase intention to remain. Millennial employees who are able to divide their
time between work, family, and spirituality will experience psychological well-
being because there is no role conflict between the three, so they feel comfortable
and choose to continue working at the company.
