Analisis Pengaruh Manajemen Rantai Pasok Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Jamu Wonogiri

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of a
company's supply chain management with a case study at MSMEs Jamu Wonogiri.
This research uses a questionnaire as a medium for collecting data which is then
analyzed using multiple regression in SPSS 23. Four variables consisting of
information sharing, long-term relationships, cooperation, and integration
processes, are considered to influence the performance of the company's supply
chain management.
The results showed that the cooperation variable had a significant influence
on the performance variable of MSME supply chain management Jamu Wonogiri
with a value of 3,087. The information sharing variable has a significant influence
on the performance variable of MSME supply chain management Jamu Wonogiri
with a value of 2,912. The long-term relationship variable has an insignificant
influence on the performance variable of MSME supply chain management Jamu
Wonogiri with a value of 1,943. While the int process variable.
Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the factors that
are considered by MSMEs Jamu Wonogiri, to be able to provide better company
performance are information sharing and cooperation. Therefore, the supply chain
management performance of MSMEs Jamu companies needs to optimize
information sharing and cooperation.
