ABSTRACT

THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY ON STUDENT SATISFACTION
WHICH MAKES A SINGLE PAYMENT OF TUTORIAL MONEY (UKT) AT
BANK JATENG SYARIAH KC UIN RADEN MAS SAID SURAKARTA
(Study on Students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business UIN Raden

Mas Said Surakarta)

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on student
satisfaction who make a single payment of tuition fees at Bank Jateng Syariah KC
UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, studying students of the Faculty of Islamic
Economics and Business, UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This research uses
quantitative methods. The population in this study were students of the Islamic
Faculty of Economics and Business who made UKT payments at Bank Jateng
Syariah KC UIN Raeden Mas Said Surakarta, totaling 100 respondents and were
analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study are as follows: t test, reliability affects student
satisfaction in making UKT payments at Bank Jateng Syariah KC UIN Raden Mas
Said Surakarta. Responsiveness has no effect on student satisfaction in making UKT
payments at Bank Jateng Syariah KC UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Assurance
has no effect on student satisfaction in making UKT payments at Bank Jateng
Syariah KC UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Empathy influences student
satisfaction in making UKT payments at Bank Jateng Syariah KC UIN Raden Mas
Said Surakarta. Tangibles have no effect on student satisfaction in making UKT
payments at Bank Jateng Syariah KC UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The F test
shows that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles have a
simultaneous and significant effect on student satisfaction in making UKT payments
at Bank Jateng Syariah KC UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta.
