Efektivitas Distribusi Dana Zakat Pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Ponorogo Dengan Pendekatan Zakat Core Principles

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the distribution
of zakat funds in BAZNAS Ponorogo Regency using the Zakat Core Principles
approach. This research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach,
namely research explaining the facts in the field regarding how zakat funds are
distributed and the level of effectiveness of zakat fund distribution in BAZNAS
Ponorogo Regency. Methods for collecting data were interviews, observation and
documentation. Parameters for calculating the level of effectivines using Zakat
Core Principles Disbursement Management with indicators of Disbursement
Collection Ratio (DCR) and time speed.
The results of the research show that firstly, in the distribution carried out
at BAZNAS Ponorogo Regency, zakat was distributed to all asnaf groups, but
currently it is still distributed to the needy, poor and amil. In the distribution of
zakat funds at BAZNAS Ponorogo Regency, three patterns are used, traditional
consumptive patterns in humanitarian, da'wah and health programs, second,
creative consumptive distribution in educational programs, third, creative
productive distribution in economic programs (business capital assistance and
business assistance). The two levels of effectiveness of distribution of zakat funds in
BAZNAS Ponorogo Regency using the Zakat Core Principles are in two categories,
namely using Disbursement Collection Ratio (DCR) calculations and time speed.
With the DCR calculation results in 2021 of 99% and in 2022 of 90%. The speed of
time in the consumptive program is the time needed for distribution for one month,
the speed of time for the productive program is the time needed for distribution for
one month.
