Efektivitas Penghimpunan Dana Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah Menggunakan QRIS pada LAZISMU Karanganyar

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted at LAZISMU Karanganyar with the
background of technological developments that have brought various changes to
people's lives. One example of the changes that have occurred, namely payment
transaction activities that were originally carried out conventionally have now
switched to digital. Digital payments are made using e-money or electronic money.
It doesn't stop at e-money, now there is a new innovation in the form of a payment
method using QRIS. Various QRIS features can increase collection power and ZIS
at LAZISMU Karanganyar. The implementation of the QRIS feature in channeling
ZIS funds should be able to have a significant impact on collection and existing
ZIS.
The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of zakat, infaq,
and alms through the QRIS feature at LAZISMU Karanganyar. In addition, it is also to
find out the effectiveness of the zakat, infaq, and alms fundraising service program
through QRIS at LAZISMU Karanganyar. This research is a qualitative research
with descriptive analysis. This research was conducted through observation,
interviews and documentation through the process of collecting data and
analyzing the data.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of zakat, infaq,
and alms through the QRIS feature at LAZISMU Karanganyar has not run
optimally. Even though the QRIS feature provides various conveniences and
benefits in its use, it does not guarantee that this feature will be easily accepted by
the public. In addition, the collection of zakat, infaq, and alms funds through the
QRIS feature at LAZISMU Karanganyar cannot be said to be effective. This is due
to the incompatibility of several effectiveness benchmarks, namely accuracy and
objectivity, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
