Analisis Penggunaan Layanan Perbankan Syariah Dalam Transaksi E-Commerce
ABSTRACT
The research in this thesis is based on the phenomenon of the increasing
development of the community's economy which is supported by technology and
the internet, one of them is online buying and selling activities by the internet,
known as e-commerce. In e-commerce payment transaction activities, we
collaborate with Sharia banking. Apart from bank transfer, payment is by e-wallet
and cash on delivery (COD). To increase customer interest in using banking
services in e-commerce transactions, of course, Sharia banking institutions must
provide good service and service features, aggressively carry out promotions, and
set competitive prices to create a special attraction for customers to use Sharia
banking services in e-commerce transactions.
The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) Does service influence
the decision to use Sharia banking services in e-commerce transactions?, (2) Does
promotion influence the decision to use Sharia banking services in e-commerce
transactions?, (3) Does price influence on the decision to use sharia banking
services in e-commerce transactions?
This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, using multiple
linear regression analysis techniques, validity and reliability testing, classical
assumption testing, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this research show that service features, promotions, and
prices have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use Sharia
banking services in e-commerce transactions.
