ABSTRACK

This research aims to analyze the influence of educational background,
leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses
primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees who work at
KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Sragen Branch.
The type of research used in this research is a quantitative method using
primary data as a data source. Sampling was carried out through distributing
questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study consisted of 35 respondents.
The analysis used is multiple linear regression. This research uses multiple
regression analysis tests by processing data using the SPSS 26 program
The results of this research show that the educational background variable
has a positive and significant influence, then the leadership style and work
motivation variables have a negative and significant influence and the overall
educational background, leadership style and work motivation variables have a
positive and significant influence on employee performance in KSPPS Tunas Artha
Mandiri Syariah Sragen Branch.
