ABSTRACT

A person's decision to use a technology service feature is based on the
characteristics of the facilities provided by the technology service. Ease of use and
benefits can influence the decision to use a technology service. This study aims to
determine the effect of convenience, benefits, and service quality on decisions to
use LinkAja Syariah services in the Greater Solo community.
This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The
data used in this study are primary data with a population of people in Solo Raya.
The sample of this study is people in Solo Raya who have or have used LinkAja
Syariah services as many as 100 people.
The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling and
the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the people of Greater Solo
who used LinkAja Syariah. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression
analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that convenience, benefits, and
service quality have a significant positive effect on decisions to use LinkAja Syariah
services in the Greater Solo community as evidenced by the significance value of
variable X1 0.018
