Pengaruh Transparansi, E-Social Influence dan E-Trust Terhadap Keputusan Berdonasi Online Melalui Layanan Islamic Social Finance pada Platform Crowdfunding
ABSTRACT
One of the positive impacts of advances in information technology is the
emergence of Islamic social finance activities in the form of fundraising through
online-based fintech platforms, popularly known as crowdfunding. The most
popular crowdfunding platform in Indonesia for social fundraising is Kitabisa.com.
This study aims to determine the effect of transparency, e-social influence and e-
trust on online donation decisions through Islamic social finance services on
crowdfunding platforms.
This research methodology uses a quantitative approach. The population of
this study is the Muslim population residing in Soloraya. The sampling technique
used in this study was a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100
respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with data
analysis using SPSS statistical software version 26.
The results of the analysis used in this study are multiple linear regression
analyses.The results showed that the variable (1) Transparency has a significant
positive effect on online donation decisions through Islamic social finance services
on crowdfunding platforms. (2) E-social influence has a significant positive effect
on online donation decisions through Islamic social finance services on
crowdfunding platforms. (3) E-trust has a significant positive effect on online
donation decisions through Islamic social finance services on crowdfunding
platforms.
