Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Nasabah Boyolali dalam Menggunakan BSI mobile
ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the performance of a bank which is
determined by how well the bank manages its business and handles its customers
so that it can obtain profitability in customer decisions in using mobile banking.
Customer decisions in using mobile banking are measured through the variables of
perception of information technology, risk, and handling complaints regarding
customer decisions in using BSI mobile in the Boyolali area. The data used in this
research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to BSI
customers in the Boyolali area. This research uses a quantitative approach that
meets scientific principles such as concrete, objective, measurable and systematic.
The analytical methods in this research are data validity and reliability testing,
data normality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression testing,
and hypothesis testing.
The results of this research show that the variables Perception of
Information Technology, Risk and Handling of Complaints have a positive and
significant effect on Boyolali Customers' Decisions to Use BSI Mobile.
