ABSTRACT

Someones satisfaction using a technology service feature is based on the
security provided by the technology service. Ease of use and benefits can affect the
satisfaction of users of technology services. The TAM model is used to measure the
benefits and ease of use of individual beliefs about the use of new technological
innovations. This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use, safety and
benefits on user satisfaction of Financial Technology (FinTech) Payment LinkAja
Syariah in Sragen.
The type of research used is quantitative research. The data used in this
study used primary data with a non-probability sampling technique with a
purposive sampling approach. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze this
study with a sample of 100 respondents. While data processing uses Statistical
Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 24. The results of this study indicate that (1)
ease of use has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of Financial
Technology (FinTech) Payment LinkAja Syariah in Sragen (2) security has a
positive and significant effect on satisfaction Financial Technology (FinTech)
Payment LinkAja Sharia users in Sragen (3) the benefits of having a positive and
significant influence on user satisfaction of Financial Technology (FinTech)
Payment LinkAja Syariah in Sragen (4) ease of use, safety, and benefits
simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Financial Technology
(FinTech) Payment LinkAja Sharia User Satisfaction in Sragen.
