ANALISIS KOMPARATIF KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI PEGADAIAN SYARIAH DIGITAL SERVICE (PSDS) DAN MANUAL

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference
between the quality of service of Digital and manual Sharia Pegadaian at
Ngabean Sharia Pegadaian Unit. The type of research used is a type of
comparative research using a quantitative approach. The data collection
technique used in this research is by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires).
The number of samples used in this study was a total of 100 respondents of
customers who used digital Sharia pawnshop applications and manual systems.
The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using
descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests,
homogeneity tests, and Independent Sample T-test tests processed through SPSS
version 25.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference
between the quality of service in the Digital Sharia Pegadaian application and the
Ngabean Sharia Pegadaian Unit Manual. Based on the results of the Independent
Sample T-Test, show that the quality of service with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000
because the significance value is smaller than 0.05, meaning that there is a
significant difference between the quality of service in the Digital and Manual
Sharia Pawnshop applications, where the average value of manual service quality
is higher than the average value of service quality in the Digital Sharia Pawnshop
application (87.39> 77.01).
