Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Ukuran Bank Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bank Syariah Di Indonesia

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the influence of human resources and
bank size on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The
population used in this research is Sharia Commercial Banks in 2017-2021 which
are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling
technique used was a purposive sampling technique so that 55 data were obtained
that met the criteria. The research sample data consists of 11 Sharia Commercial
Banks that meet the research criteria. The type of sample used is the annual
financial report of a sharia commercial bank.
The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using
Eviews. The results method used is a panel data model estimation method by
considering the Classical Assumption Test, Model Determination Test and
Hypothesis Test methods. From this research, the results show that the Human
Resources variable has a significant effect on the Financial Performance of
Sharia Banks. This is based on the calculations obtained, namely the tcount value of
4.888500 > ttable value of 1.674. Meanwhile, the Bank Size variable does not have
a significant effect on the Financial Performance of Sharia Banks. This is
obtained based on the calculations obtained, namely the tcount value of -0.295996
< ttable value 1.674
