PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH PEGADAIAN UPS NGABEAN KARTASURA DENGAN KEPUASAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty with
satisfaction as an intervening variable at Ngabean Kartasura Sharia Pawnshop Unit.
This study uses a quantitative method with the population used is being customers
of the Ngabean Kartasura Sharia Pawnshop Unit. This study uses the service quality
theory with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses convenience
sampling. Sources of primary data obtained by questionnaire method to the
respondents directly. Data analysis was performed using (PLS-SEM). The results
of the study show that the assurance and responsiveness variables have a positive
effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction. Empathy, tangible, reliability
variables have no effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction.
