PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, STRES KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Lazis Jateng Cabang Solo)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, work stress,
work environment, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at Lazis Jateng's
Solo Branch. The data used is primary data obtained from employees of Lazis
Jateng Solo Branch and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was
nonprobability sampling using a saturated sampling method (census). The number
of samples in this study was 10 respondents. This research uses quantitative
research methods, and the technical data analysis used is multiple linear
regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t-test) using SPSS version 23.
The result showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect
on employee job satisfaction at Lazis Jateng Solo Branch. Work stress has a
negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Lazis Jateng Solo
Branch. Work environment and motivation have a positive but insignificant effect
on employee job satisfaction at Lazis Jateng Solo Branch.
