PENGARUH E-SERVICE QUALITY, KEAMANAN, DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN E-WALLET LINKAJA SYARIAH DI KLATEN

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the influence of e-service quality, security and
trust on the decision to use LinkAja Syariah e-wallet in Klaten. The population in
this study is people in Klaten Regency aged 18-40 years with a sample of 100
people. The sampling method is the purposive sampling method. The usage
decisions are dependent variables and independent variables include e-service
quality, security and trust. This study uses quantitative survey research methods
and multiple linear regression analysis as data analysis using the help of statistical
data analysis tools SPSS Statistics 26.
The results of this study show that 1) E-service quality has a significant
positive effect on the decision to use LinkAja Syariah e-wallet which is indicated by
a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05 with a regression coefficient value of 0.160
and t count = 2.547 > t table = 1.98498. 2) Security has a significant positive effect
on the decision to use LinkAja Syariah e-wallet indicated by a significance value of
0.012 < 0.05 with a regression coefficient value of 0.450 and t count = 2, 550 > t
table = 1.98498. 3) Trust has a significant positive effect on the decision to use
LinkAja Syariah e-wallet, indicated by a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05 with a
regression coefficient value of 0.294 and t count = 2.967 > t table = 1.98498.
