Pengaruh NPF, BOPO dan FDR terhadap Profitabilitas Perbankan Syariah pada Perioode Tahun 2020-2022
ABSTRACT
The study aims to test the impact of non-performing financing (NPF),
operational costs on operational revenue (BOPO), and the finance-to ratio (FDR) on
the profitability (ROA) of Sharia banking in the period 2020–2022. The population in
this study is the Shariah General Bank, the Sharial People's Credit Bank, and the
Sharial Business Unit in Indonesia. Using purposive sampling, 17 samples are
obtained. The research methods used in this study are quantitative methods using
processing techniques and data analysis in the form of double linear regression as
well as panel data analysis. As well as using the E-Views program in its processing.
The results of the analysis of the double linear regression of the variable non-
performing financing (NPF) showed that non-performing financing (NPF) has a
positive and non-significant impact on the profitability (ROA) of sharia banking in
the period 2020–2022. The operating cost to operational income (BOPO) variable
has a negative and significant impact on the profitability of sharial banking during
the period 2020–2022.
