Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Menabung Di Bank Jateng Syariah (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Solo Raya)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the variables of service quality and
promotion on the savings decisions of Solo Raya students. The population
in this study were students who used Bank Jateng Syariah savings accounts
and lived in Solo Raya. The sampling technique used in this research was
the purposive sampling method. This sampling technique obtained a
research sample of 100 respondents. The research method used in this
research The research method used in this research is a quantitative
research method using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
Meanwhile, for data processing itself, use the SPSS Version 22.0 for
Windows program.
The results of multiple regression analysis of the service quality
variable show that service quality has a positive and significant influence
on customers' decisions in using Bank Jateng Syariah savings. The
promotion variable shows a positive and significant influence on customers'
decisions to use Bank Jateng Syariah savings. So in this study the two
variables used have a positive and significant influence on customers'
decisions to use Bank Jateng Syariah savings.
