Pengaruh Advertising, Personal Selling dan Direct Marketing Terhadap Peningkatan Jumlah Nasabah Pembiayaan KPR Non Subsidi iB pada BTN Syariah Kantor Cabang Solo
ABSTRACT
This research intend to impact of Advertising, Personal Selling and Direct
Marketing for increasing in the number of KPR non-subsidiez iB customers at BTN
syariah Solo branch offices. The type of research used is Quantitative Research.
Population of this research is customers of BTN Syariah branch office who use KPR
non-subsidiez products. The sampling techique is using Purposive Sampling with
total samples as many 136 respondent by data which collected using a
questionnaire.
The result of this study indicate that the Advertising variable does not
positive effect and significant for increasing the number of customer financing KPR
non-subsidiez iB at BTN syariah Solo branch offices with a calculated t value
0,621˂ t table 1,977. Then the Personal Selling variable does not positive effect
and significant for increasing the number of customer financing KPR non-subsidiez
iB at BTN syariah Solo branch offices with a calculated t value 0,902˂ t table 1,977.
and Direct Marketing positively impact and significant for increasing the number
of customer financing KPR non-subsidiez iB at BTN Syariah Solo branch offices
with a calculated t value 2,085>t table 1,977.
