PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, PROMOSI, SERTA CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENABUNG DI BANK INDONESIA
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the factors that influence customers'
decisions to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia. These factors include service quality,
promotions and brand image, a case study of Generation Z in Surakarta City who
have savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia. By using the saturated method, a sample
of 100 respondents was involved in this research. The data used in this research
was obtained through distributing questionnaires with g form. Next, the data was
analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS 22.
The results of this research show that simultaneously all variables influence
the decision to save. Partially, all variables have a positive effect on the decision
to save.
