Pengaruh Penerapan Nilai AKHLAK (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif) Pegawai Bank Syariah Indonesia Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Surakarta)
ABSTRAK
Human resources that suit the companys needs are the most important asset
because they will be the pioneers of other resources. Someone in a company needs
to be seen as a human being in order to carry out their role effectively, efficiently,
and productively. With the change in core values among Bank Syariah Mandiri,
BRI Syariah, and BNI Syariah after merging into Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
Previously, each legacy institution had its core values, but after the merger, a new
set of core values called core values AKHLAK was introduced under the BUMN.
Employee adaptation is necessary to switch from the previous core values to the
new AKHLAK values currently implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
The research is a quantitative research with a primary data source in the form
of a questionnaire. The population in the study were employees of Bank Syariah
Indonesia in Surakarta Area. The sampling technique in this study used purposive
sampling with a total sample of 100 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in
Surakarta Area. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis
with SPSS IBM versi 25.0.
The results of this research indicate that trustworthy have a affect positive on
the performance of employees, competent have a affect positive on the performance
of employees, harmonious have a affect positive on the performance of employees,
loyal have a affect positive on the performance of employees, adaptive have a affect
positive on the perfoemance of employees, collaborative have a affect positive on
the performance of employees.
