PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN, FITUR PRODUK, PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MEMBAYAR ZIS MELALUI BSI MOBILE (Studi Pada Masyarakat Kota Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of Convenience,
Product Features, Knowledge on the Decision to Pay Zis Through BSI in Surakarta.
This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study is BSI users
who make Zis payments through the BSI Mobile application. The sampling
technique of this study uses the techniqueUnknown Populations with a calculation
result of 96.4 rounded up to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques by
distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research was to
answer the questionnaire using SPSS.25. Based on the Convenience Variable (X1)
on the Decision to Pay ZIS Through BSI Mobile (Y), the research results obtained
a t count of 2.729, which means tcount > t table with a significant value of 0.008
t table value with a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05,
it can be concluded that product features have a positive effect on decision to pay
through BSI Mobile. Based on the Knowledge Variable (X3) on the Decision to Pay
ZIS Through BSI Mobile (Y), a t-count value of 1.831 is obtained, which means that
the t-count value < t-table value with a significant value of 0.007 > 0.050. So it can
be concluded that risk has a negative and significant effect on the decision to use
BSI Mobile. The conclusion of this research is that BSI Mobile users in terms of
convenience, product features, knowledge influence the decision to pay ZIS through
BSI Mobile.
