Analisis Pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Masyarakat dalam Melakukan Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah di Lazis Jateng Cabang Sukoharjo
ABSTRACT
The problem faced by Lazis Jateng Sukoharjo Branch regarding the public's
interest in giving zakat, infaq, and shadaqah is that Lazis Jateng Sukoharjo Branch
is a new philanthropic institution compared to other competitors. Apart from that,
the financial reports of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah at Lazis Jateng Sukoharjo
Branch experienced shocks.
This research aims to measure whether promotion has an effect on public
interest and measure the quality of service on public interest in providing zakat,
infaq, and shadaqah at Lazis Jateng, Sukoharjo Branch.
The sampling technique used in this research was simple random sampling
to obtain 100 respondents. This research data analysis technique uses the SPSS
(Statistical Product and Service Solutions) computer application. The result of this
research shows the promotion does not effect on people’s interest in giving zakat,
infaq, and shadaqah at Lazis Jateng Sukoharjo Branch. Meanwhile, service quality
influence people’s interest in giving zakat, infaq, and shadaqah at Lazis Jateng
Sukoharjo Branch.
