ANALISIS PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS (ROA) (Studi pada Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) yang Terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Periode 2017-2021)

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the analysis of the influence of Good
Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on
Profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan (OJK) for the 2017-2021 period.
This research uses quantitative methods as the second data source. The
population in this research is all Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) registered
with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) with 15 banks registered. Data
collection was taken from Sharia Commercial Bank reports. In analyzing the
data, researchers used SPSS 17.
The results of data analysis show that partially Good Corporate
Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a positive
and significant effect on Profitability (ROA). The results of simultaneous data
analysis show that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) have a positive and significant effect on Profitability
(ROA). The research results also show that the contribution of Good Corporate
Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to Profitability
(ROA) in Sharia Banks registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) in
Surakarta is 61.9% and the remaining 38.1% comes from from other factors not
explained in this study.
