Pengaruh Religiusitas, Kepercayaan Dan Pendapatan Terhadap Minat Masyarakat Dalam Membayar Zakat Maal

ABSTRACT

Zakat is an obligation that must be done by a Muslim by allocating some of
his wealth to those who are eligible to receive it. With the collection and distribution
of funds that are not maximized due to several things, such as the lack of public
knowledge in the obligation to pay zakat with the level of religiosity that is still
lacking and the level of income and trust in the agency or institution of zakat
recipients. This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, trust, and income
on public interest in paying zakat.
The method used in this research is quantitative method followed by
hypothesis test. The population in this study was the people of Surakarta city with
a research sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used
probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique using a
questionnaire. The analysis used was multiple regression analysis, coefficient of
determination test, partial test, and simultaneous test.
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously religiosity, trust and
income have a positive effect on public interest in paying maal zakat. While
partially religiosity, trust and income have a significant effect on public interest in
paying maal zakat.
