ABSTRACK

Banking is the companies that carries out digital in the from of e-banking
.Increase in e-banking users, convenience and fulfilment transactions. Increase in
banking experience followed by the number of crimes.this research to determine
the influence of cyber crime and e-banking on the satisfaction of Solo Raya student
using Bank Syariah Indonesia’s e-bankingThe type of research used is quantitative.
The population in this research is Solo Raya students convering 5
universities and using a sample of 100 respondents.
This research uses non probability sampling technique. The data used in this
research is primary data obtained from respondent by filling out questionnaires
distributed using google form and then analysed using the multiple linear regression
analysis method.
Based on the research, the results showed that cybet crime and e-banking
have an influence on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia users.
