Penangganan Pembiayaan Murabahah Bermasalah pada KSPP BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera

ABSTRACT

Murabahah financing is one of the products in KSPPS BMT KUBE COLOMADU
SEJAHTERA which uses the principle of buying and selling. Murabahah financing is the most
interested, but nevertheless this financing has a level of risk so there is a need for a way to
minimize risk. This method is called using prisnip 5C.
This study aims to determine the settlement and settlement of murabahah financing at
KSPPS BMT KUBE COLOMADU SEJAHTERA. The method used in this study is the
Qualitative Descriptive method, the Data Collection Technique used is through observation,
literature study, documentation, interviews. Meanwhile, data analyst techniques, namely data
collection, Data Reduction, Data presentation and drawing conclusions in checking the
validity of data, are carried out with Credibility Tests, namely Source triangulation and Time
triangulation. In this study, the informant was the Manager, Head of Marketing and marketing
member at KSPPS BMT KUBE COLOMADU SEJAHTERA
The results of this study found that every staff of KSPPS BMT KUBE COLOMADU
SEJAHTERA carries out the 5C principle very well in order to anticipate the risk of
problematic murabahah financing in KSPPS BMT KUBE COLOMADU SEJAHTERA and the
efforts made by KSPPS BMT KUBE COLOMADU SEJAHERA in the event of problematic
financing, namely through the summoning mechanism, the call is made by KSPPS BMT KUBE
COLOMADU SEJAHERA as the financing distributor aims to find out what factors are
causing members to not be able to pay off their debts, by conducting a dialogue between BMT
and members. Thus, the best solution will be created in solving the problem.
