Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Brand Image Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada UMKM Tahu Tuna Pak Ran di Pacitan
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality
and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Tahu Tuna Pak Ran MSMEs in
Pacitan. The type of research that will be carried out in thisresearch is quantitative.
The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique with the
Accidental Sampling method. The sample used in this research was 140
respondents who bought Pak Ran Tuna Tofu. The types of data used in this research
are primary and secondary data. The independent variables in this research are
product quality, service quality and brand image, while the dependent variable is
consumer satisfaction. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical
tests, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model determination tests,
hypothesis tests and multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The
results of this research show that product quality has a positive and insignificant
effect on consumer satisfaction and service quality. has a positive and significant
effect on consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect
on consumer satisfaction.
