PENGARUH PROMOSI PENJUALAN, VARIASI PRODUK, DAN LOKASI TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PADA MINUMAN SAY STORY DI KARTASURA
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of sales promotions, product
variations and location on customer loyalty for Say Story drinks in Kartasura. This
research used a purposive sampling technique through a questionnaire as data
collection material with respondents totaling 112 customers who had made
purchases at Say Story Kartasura. With an age range of 15-30 years. In this
research, sales promotion (X1), product variety (X2), and location (X3) and
customer loyalty (Y). This research uses quantitative methods and uses multiple
linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 application.
Based on the results of this research, it shows that the sales promotion
variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the product
variety variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and the
location variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
