Pengaruh Customer Trust, Security Level, dan Ease Of Use Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Cash On Delivery di Shopee
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of customer trust, security level
and ease of use variables on cash on delivery purchasing decisions at Shopee. The
type of research used is quantitative. The population of this research is active
students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The sampling technique used was non-
probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the number
of samples involved in this research was 100 respondents.
The variables used in this research consist of independent variables which
include customer trust, security level, and ease of use. Meanwhile, the dependent
variable is the purchasing decision. The analytical method used in this research is
multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 23 for data processing.
Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test) from this research, it shows
that the customer trust variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing
decisions, the security level variable has a positive and significant effect on
purchasing decisions, and ease of use has a positive and significant effect on
purchasing decisions. Likewise, the results of the simultaneous test (F test) show
that the variables customer trust, security level, and ease of use have a simultaneous
influence on purchasing decisions.
