Pengaruh Marketing Artificial Intelligence dan Technology Acceptance Model Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Shopee
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of Marketing Artificial Intelligence and
Technolgy Acceptance Model on shopee User Statisfaction. The research method
used in quantitatif research using primary data. The population in this study
includes Active student of Raden Mas Sa’id Surakarta State Islamic University, with
sample of 130 respondents using puposive sampling technique. The analysis was
conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 23 software.
The research result reveal that Marketing Artificial Intelligence that Marketing
Artificial Intelligence and Technology Acceptance Model have a positive influence
on user statsfaction, wich indicate that the shopee aplication with Marketing
Artificial Intelligence and Technology Acceptance Model show that when using
Artificial Intelligence like Algoritm, chatbot, and conten marketing video in feature
and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) can increase good stayisfaction from
consumers.
