PENGARUH E-SERVICE QUALITY, E-TRUST DAN PERCEIVED CONVENIENCE TERHADAP E-CUSTOMER LOYALTY PADA PENGGUNA HALODOC
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of E-service quality, E-trust and Perceived
convenience on E-customer loyalty among Halodoc users. The research method used
is quantitative research using primary data. The population in this study includes
people who live in Surakarta, wisth a sample of 102 respondents usinf purposive
sampling technique, anlysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the
help of SPSS software. The research resulth show that E-service quality, E-truts Anda
Perceived convenience have a positive influence on E-customer loyalty, wich indicates
that the Halodoc application with service quality, trust and perceived convenience can
increase the loyalty of Halodoc users.
