PENGARUH MEDIA SOSIAL, FASILITAS WISATA, DAN PENGALAMAN WISATAWAN TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG KEMBALI PADA WISATA SAKURA HILLS TAWANGMANGU
ABSTRACT
Tourism has a significant impact on local economic growth. Karanganyar district
is one of the areas that has quite a lot of tourist attractions. The tourist destination
in Karanganyar district continues to grow, with the addition of new tourist
attractions that are not less attractive than those already existing. For example,
Sakura Hills Tawangmangu is located in Tawangmangu district, Karanganyar
district. The study aims to understand the influence of social media, tourist
facilities, and tourist experiences on the revisit intention to Sakura Hills
Tawangmangu. The research uses quantitative research methods and data
collection techniques using questionnaires on a likert scale of 1-5. The population
in this study was visitors to the tourist attraction of Sakura Hills Tawangmangu.
The sampling technique used non probability samplings, namely purposive
samplers. The number of samples used in this study was 102 respondents. The
variables used in this study are social media, tourist facilities, and tourist
experience as free/independent variables and revisit intention as bound/dependent
variable. Data analysis techniques using double linear regression analysis with the
help of IBM SPSS version 23 software. Research results showed that: 1) social
media had a positive and significant effect on revisit intention in the Sakura Hills
Tawangmangu, 2) the tourist facilities had a positive and significant effect on revisit
intention in the Sakura Hill Tawangmangu, and 3) the traveler’s experience had a
positive and significant effect on revisit intention in the Sakura Hills
Tawangmangu.
