Membangun Loyalitas Konsumen dengan Store Atmosphere, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Keberagaman Produk pada Mr. DIY Solo Square
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted with the aim of measuring the influence of store
atmosphere, service quality and product diversity variables on Mr. DIY Solo
Square. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The
sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique with a non-probability
sampling approach. The data collection stage was carried out through
questionnaires and Google forms and the sample size was 150 respondents. The
data in this study was measured using a Likert scale and processed using the SPSS
version 22.0 program. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) The significant value of the
store atmosphere variable is 0.000
ttable is 0.316 > 0.159, which means that the store atmosphere variable (X1) has a
significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). (2) The significant value of the service
quality variable is 0.000 ttable is
0.262 > 0.159, which means that the service quality variable (X2) has a significant
effect on consumer loyalty (Y). : (3) The significant value of the product diversity
variable is 0.000 ttable is 0.422 >
0.159, which means that the product diversity variable (X3) has a significant effect
on consumer loyalty (Y).
