Analisis Faktor - Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Ulang Konsumen Indomaret Di Surakarta
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine what factors influence the repurchase decisions
of Indomaret consumers in Surakarta. The object of this research is Indomaret
consumers in the Surakarta area who have made purchases at Indomaret more than
2 times. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling based on certain
characteristics. The sample used in this study was 124 respondents. The
independent variables in this study are place of business, product completeness,
promotion mix, corporate reputation, and service quality. The dependent variable
in this study is the repurchase decision. The method in this research is descriptive
quantitative. For technical data analysis, use multiple linear regression analysis.
Judging from the results of the T-test, it is concluded that (1) Place of Business
has a positive and significant effect on Indomaret consumer repurchase decisions
in Surakarta. (2) Product Completeness has a positive and significant effect on
Indomaret consumer repurchase decisions in Surakarta. (3) Promotion Mix has no
positive and significant effect on Indomaret consumer repurchase decisions in
Surakarta. (4) Corporate Reputation has a positive and significant effect on
Indomaret consumer repurchase decisions in Surakarta. (5) Service Quality has a
positive and significant effect on Indomaret consumer repurchase decisions in
Surakarta.
